BRG, a global workplace management solutions firm, announced today that Nana Gregg, Senior Salesforce Administrator for the company, has been recognized by as one of only fifteen new MVPs selected worldwide.
The MVP program recognizes exceptional individuals within the Salesforce community for their leadership, knowledge, and ongoing contributions. These individuals represent the spirit of the Salesforce community and exemplify the highest technical and functional knowledge of the platform. In her role at BRG, Gregg is responsible for the implementation, administration, support and sustainment of the family of products upon which BRG relies so heavily.

In 2008, BRG began a transformation of their corporate systems into a fully cloud-based, integrated solution based upon the platform in order to deliver improved scalability for the business and offer improved reporting and customer service interactions with clients. Currently, BRG operates on a fully integrated platform that encapsulates marketing, sales and customer relationship management, project management and company financials all under one integrated Salesforce SaaS platform. The solution has helped BRG drive their ‘BRG Customer Experience’ initiative, which emphasizes how team members interact with BRG’s global client-base. BRG also makes extensive use of Chatter,’s internal social media platform that acts as BRG’s Intranet portal.
