Q2 BRG-ARCHIBUS Users' Group Announced

The goal of these virtual sessions is to facilitate discovery with a focus on your ARCHIBUS questions and requests while spotlighting a different client implementation with each session. This quarter, we'd like to focus on the ARCHIBUS Space and Occupancy Module and Change Management Best Practices. We hope you're eager to learn more!

	Part 1: User Spotlight - First National Bank, "Space and Occupancy in Web Central" In this session, Lori Douglas, FNBI Senior Facilities Systems Specialist, will review how Cost Center Occupancy information is accurately tracked and reported by everyone from Space Planners to Department Managers with First National's newly updated and accurate Space and Occupancy database managed through Web Central.
	Part 2: Tips and Tricks - Using connectors to enhance or replace enterprise interfaces that are using outdated technologies. In this session Kevin Zimmer, BRG's Manager of Technical Services, will outline some use cases and then show the group how to implement and configure a connector.
	Part 3: Best Practices: Change Management Change Management is very important when implementing a new enterprise technology solution. Adoption of a new system can often be quite low when a plan isn't in place to combat these pitfalls. The following are standard best practices in any change management plan and are the areas we will address in this "Best Practices Session" - (1) Stakeholder involvement in the process (2) Timely delivery of formal and informal communications (3) Just in Time training (4) Stakeholder feedback and recognition.
